Gallant Injured?

Ice Bears all star goaltender Andrew Gallant held out of Monday's practice because of concerns over an injured hand.

Gallant hurt his hand Friday night during a fight at center ice with Louisiana Icegators netminder A.J. Bucchino. Gallant is expected to see doctors Monday to evaluate the injury. In the meantime newcomer Chad Collins stayed after practice for some additional work. The Ice Bears travel to Florida and Mississippi this week and try to extend their five game winning streak.
