The Ice Bears invite everyone to join them in helping serve our community in the team's annual blood drive. Medical emergencies often require blood transfusions. Maintaining adequate blood supplies is critical and can mean the difference between life and death for patients in need of transfusions.
Join Ice Bears players and staff this coming Monday, January 26th from 3 to 6 p-m at the Medic Regional Blood Center on Ailor avenue.
Everyone who donates blood on Monday will receive a specialty Ice Bears t-shirt and a flex ticket good for any Ice Bears home game.
The Medic Regional Blood Center needs all types of blood - but they especially need "o" positive and "o" negative types.
